S&A Serviced Properties is a small family run business offering a home away from home experience, with a high end twist to business & leisure travellers in the Cambridge, Peterborough and Manchester area. From en-suite rooms in our self check in guest house to a high end two bed 2 bath apartment or three bedroom house. We have something for everyone! Visiting family or friends in the area, on a staycation, self isolating, are you a contractor that has been located here during the week and would like more than just a hotel room? Wether you are her on business, attending a graduation or are in between moving homes in the area? We supply short term accommodation to suit your needs, with fresh linen, towels, amenities and added extras to make you feel at home. We have free WiFi in all our short term accommodation, along with a SMART TV and a fully equipped kitchen.
How did we get started? Sarah, the Owner and Director of S&A Serviced Properties started in property from an early age with Estate and Letting Agencies, that is where she realised her passion for property and customer service! In 2018, she took the decision to branch out and start a serviced accommodation business on her own and that is where it all started! Sarah wanted to have the freedom to work her business from around the world with her family and so she has. In 2020, when the world was hit with the nasty Coronavirus, Sarah worked hard to help support and house key workers and instead of folding during this difficult time, the business doubled! We are a family team, with Ashley, Sarah’s Wife, as they other company Director and a small specialised team, which is growing! Sarah and her team don't only provided serviced accommodation around England to guests, but a bespoke service for investors, landlords or operators!
